Rau Củ Luộc ( Steamed Vegetable Platter )


Boil them quickly until tender, but not overcook. Reuse the stock so this way of getting back all the nutrients lost from boling. Use any vegetable you have in the fridge.
Steam can be a better alternative method.

Dipping sauce

Egg York Sauce: In a bowl, put 2 cooked egg yorks (or 2 whole hard boiled eggs if preferred) + soya sauce + vegetable stock (from boiling or steaming vegetable), mix well. Add 1/2 T lime juice + sugar + mustard or chopped hot chili pepper, mix again.

Leave the egg if you do not wish to cosume egg.
